Ham has been playing piano for as long as she can remember. Her parents tell her she started playing when she was three and never looked back!
Regardless of her exact age when she began, Ham showed a lot of talent and promise as a budding pianist early on. Her first public recital came at the age of 6, and a few years later she was consistently winning state and regional competitions within her age bracket.
Rather than pursue a performance career, Ham went to the University of West Virginia where she studied piano pedagogy. She now lives in Philadelphia, where she maintains a full studio of budding young performers ranging from 5 to 35!
Ham focuses on the performance of modern-infused classics and popular tunes, including jazz arrangements of commonly performed works.
